LEADERS IN RACING 2011
On the 6th October 2011, the Leaders in Racing conference was officially opened by John Penrose, MP, Minister for Tourism and Heritage, in front of a sell-out audience of 250 top executives from the world of horse racing. This inaugural event was widely recognised as an essential meeting in the annual calendar and offered a series of senior and in-depth panel debates about the present and future of the racing industry. Key topics under discussion included a review of the global business of racing, the perspectives of the betting operators and the evolution of the sport to drive consumer interest and experience.
